North American Rescue T2 Tactical Triage Kit

A compact incident command system in a vacuum-sealed pouch, built to document the initial triage of up to four casualties when a scene has more patients than responders.

The laminated flow sheet summarises the SALT triage process step by step, and the casualty-count card on the reverse is divided into the SALT status colours — Immediate (red), Delayed (yellow), Minimal (green), Expectant (grey) and Dead (black). A grease pencil lets you tally each category as you move.
