Built by Someone Who's Been in the Field

iThrive Medical was started by someone who didn't just read about trauma care — he trained for it. As an active volunteer with a county fire and rescue department and someone pursuing paramedic certification, our founder has spent real hours learning what it actually takes to control severe bleeding when every second counts. That hands-on experience is the reason this company exists: too many people keep a basic first aid kit at home or in the car, stocked with band-aids and antiseptic wipes, with nothing built to handle the injuries that actually kill people — severe bleeding from trauma.

iThrive Medical is proud to be an official licensee of the national Stop the Bleed initiative. That's not a marketing claim — it means our kits are built around the equipment and techniques the program teaches to everyday people, so what you're carrying matches what you'd learn in a Stop the Bleed course.

Assembled in the USA by Veterans and Military Families

Every kit we sell is hand-assembled in the United States, and we're proud that much of that work is done by veterans and military families in our community. It's a small way we can create good jobs for people who've already served, while building products for the next person who might need to step up in an emergency.

Real Components, Not Compromises

We don't build kits around the cheapest tourniquet or generic gauze we can find. The components in our kits — C-A-T and SAM XT tourniquets, North American Rescue trauma dressings, hemostatic gauze — are the same equipment trusted by EMS, law enforcement, and military medics. If it's not good enough for a professional to carry, it's not good enough to go in one of our kits.

Who We Build For

We hear from a wide range of people — parents who want a real kit at home, drivers who want something better than what came in their car's glovebox, business owners setting up public-access stations, and people who've simply decided they want to be able to help if something happens in front of them. You don't need a medical background to be prepared. You need the right gear, and the confidence that comes from knowing how to use it.
